About Father Malcolm

Dear Friends,

I am so delighted to be among you as your supply priest from this Sunday until Easter.  Those of you I have met have been models of welcome and hospitality.  My first meeting with the vestry revealed deep resources of faith and hope for the future of the parish.

Our time together will go by fast, and I have no ambition for mighty deeds.  I believe we can use this time best to prepare ourselves for a new leader, and we can do that in very simple ways—namely saying our prayers, forgiving others as we hope to be forgiven, and loving our neighbors as ourselves.  Lent also brings us the opportunity to move our focus from institutional or personnel matters to an honest and thorough look at ourselves as individuals—a worthy enterprise.

I look forward to journeying with you.

God bless you all!
Father Malcolm
