St. Francis Choir

Historically St. Francis has featured an eclectic style of worship music including traditional Hymns, folk hymns, African American spirituals, Taizé, and other contemporary music. The music ministry at St. Francis focuses on nurturing the spiritual life of the entire church with various musical styles and eras in our worship and in our concert series—speaking to and drawing from the musical heritage of the church.

St. Francis’s volunteer choir rehearses weekly on Tuesday, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and meets at 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings. The choir sings regularly for the 10 a.m. Eucharist from September through June, as well as, for special celebrations throughout the year.

The choir is open to all without audition! If you like to sing and enjoy good fellowship, you will feel very much at home with this group!

Anyone interested in joining should contact our Liturgy Leadership team [Rev Stacey Grossman (, Vince Stadlin (, Rosie Dyer ( and Christopher Alexander (] or call 415.892.1609.
